ABOUT HEART ATTACKS
ASPIRIN: Why Aspirin by your bed?
It is important to always have ASPIRIN in the home!!!
Why have Aspirin by your bedside?
ABOUT HEART ATTACKS
There are other symptoms of a heart attack besides the pain on the left arm.
One must also be aware of an intense pain on the chin, as well as nausea and lots of sweating, however these symptoms may also occur less frequently.
NOTE: There may be no pain in the chest during a heart attack.
The majority of people (about 60%) who had a heart attack during their sleep did not wake up. However, if it occurs, the chest pain may wake you up from your deep sleep.
If that happens, IMMEDIATELY DISSOLVE TWO ASPIRINS IN YOUR MOUTH and swallow them with a bit of water.
Afterwards, phone a neighbor or a family member who lives very close by and state "HEART ATTACK!!!" and that you have taken 2 ASPIRINS
Take a seat on a chair or sofa and wait for their arrival and....
DO NOT LIE DOWN!!!

Help Rescue and Save more animals
If you would like to come along for a visit, do get in touch to arrange it and we will let the gang know you are coming – they are sure to be excited.
If you are considering adopting one of our precious residents, then we will be delighted to assess your circumstances and give you all the information you need, to be sure you are a perfect match. Our assessment process is necessary for any adoption and is quite straightforward.
Although none of our residents are ‘for sale’, we have a guide of suggested donations for those adopting.
We would love your support as we survive solely on donations from people like you; you can send a cheque or postal order, drop in with some cash or even use our secure PayPal donation button on our website or on this page in the left hand border.
The residents are calling out a loud thank you in various voices and Barney just said something unprintable – though we are sure he meant well!
They all add that they look forward to seeing you if you can pop in and visit and Barney is holding a claw over his beak pretending he won’t swear at you – but we refuse to believe him.
